Synergy Dream LLC is a Ukrainian manufacturer of equipment for charcoal production. We have created different furnace models to accommodate various types of raw materials.

We have a special model for charcoal production from coconut shell – ModEco 4-60 CS. This model was engineered taking into account all features of coconut shell as a raw material for charcoal production.

Just for the record: carbonized coconut shell is valued for its high carbon content, low ash content, and desirable properties that make it suitable for various charcoal-based products.

Carbonized coconut shell is a popular material in the production of charcoal-based products. Carbonized coconut shell is commonly used for making various products such as charcoal briquettes, shisha charcoal, activated charcoal, and more. Coconut shell charcoal briquettes are widely used as a fuel source in cooking and heating applications.

Our customer in Indonesia has been using our furnaces at their charcoal production site since 2007.

In 2007, our customer ordered 2 units of ModEco 4-60 CS basic. Twelve years later, the customer decided to expand production and increase productivity. As a result, two more units were ordered, this time with the addition of a pre-drying complex.
