ModEco Briquette
After analyzing the charcoal production market, we found a shortage of equipment for burning briquettes such as Pini Kay, Ruf, Nestro and others. In this regard, Synergy-Dream decided to develop a new ModEco Briquette kiln, which will produce modern, environmentally friendly charcoal such as Pini Kay charcoal, which is characterized by an excellent shape and long burning time.
The kiln consists of a firebox and 3 stationary retorts, which are connected into a single unit by a directional flow of coolant.
The kiln is a metal body, the walls and bottom of which are lined with high-temperature insulation. The following materials are used for the lining: ceramic fiber with a working temperature of up to 1250 degrees, ceramic tiles with a working temperature of up to 1250 degrees, chamotte brick SHA 5. The kiln is also constructed with metal parts made of AISI 310 and partially AISI 321 refractory steel.
The body of the retort is thermally insulated, which ensures a constant and uniform temperature in all its parts. Wood pyrolysis takes place directly in the middle of the retort. The inner walls of the retort can be made of different high-temperature steel (on request). In the design of the ModEco Briquette kiln, we used steel grade 09 G2C, which ensures long-term retort service (at least 10 years).
For loading, the briquette is placed in special nets. At the end of the pyrolysis process, the briquette nets are removed from the retort with a forklift and inserted into special cooling chambers, where the briquetted coal is cooled and stabilized for the required period of time.
