ModEco Mobile
Synergy Dream offers the ModEco Mobile mobile charcoal-making retort — a new-generation retort for producing high-quality charcoal directly at the source of the raw material. The model’s main advantage is mobility: the retort is delivered and set up wherever the waste is located or production takes place, completely eliminating the cost of transporting raw material.
The key goals behind this model were autonomous operation, ease of deployment and consistent charcoal quality. The retort works in a cyclic mode: loading, drying, pyrolysis, cooling and unloading of the charcoal. A full cycle takes up to 72 hours even at wood moisture up to 65% — that is up to 10 cycles per month. Typical output is 1.5–1.8 t per cycle (up to 2.0 t per cycle at maximum load).
The retort runs autonomously, with no connection to the power grid (0–0.1 kW optional for auxiliary functions). Pyrolysis gases are directed into the firebox and burned off, providing heat for the process itself — under normal conditions no extra firewood is needed. Thanks to gas afterburning, smoke and odour emissions are kept to a minimum. All retorts are positioned at an equal distance from the firebox, which ensures an identical temperature regime and stable charcoal quality with a carbon content of 82–90%.
As raw material the retort accepts wood of any species, wood waste (offcuts, slabwood, branches, chips), as well as the shells of coconut, almond, walnut and hazelnut. Mechanical deployment usually takes about 2 hours after unloading — no foundation is required. The retort is supplied in a standard 40-foot Open Top container.

ModEco Mobile suits any production that generates wood waste or nut shells and wants to turn them into high-quality charcoal directly on site. Because the unit comes to the raw material, it removes waste-hauling costs and turns a by-product into a sellable commodity.
