About us

Synergy-Dream has been a manufacturer of high-tech, reliable and high-performance furnaces, filling lines and additional equipment for charcoal production since 2012. We have developed a unique technology, which is patented in Ukraine, and have developed 9 models of furnaces that fully meet the requirements for the production of high-quality charcoal.
Our furnaces are in operation at our customers’ production sites in Ukraine, Spain, Lithuania, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and other countries.
For 10 years, we have also been successfully producing charcoal for barbecues using our own equipment. The charcoal meets European standards and is 100% exported.
We not only manufacture and sell equipment, but also help to make the most of it.
You will receive:

Synergy-Dream equipment lease terms:

  • The minimum lease term is 5 years;
  • Deposit payment (the amount depends on the cost of the selected furnace model);
  • Rental profit – 55% (lessor) / 45% (lessee) split;
  • Free first month – for launching and organizing work processes;
  • The depreciation period of the furnace is 8 years.

Lease terms:

    Infrastructure:

    • Availability of a site with an asphalt or concrete surface of 500 m².
    • The distance to the nearest dwelling is at least 500 m.

    Raw materials:

    • Availability of raw materials (birch, alder, aspen, oak, etc.) at least 350 m³ per month for hardwood.
  3. 3

    Additional equipment:

    • A wood splitter and a loader are required. The manipulator can be rented.

    Licenses and permits:

    • Environmental permit for work.
  5. 5

    Power supply:

    • Electricity connection from 20-50 kW and backup generator from 10 kW.
    • Electricity capacity per furnace – 30 kW

    Experience:

    • Experience in charring or willingness to acquire it.
